Real Madrid are prepared to cash in on Aurelien Tchouameni this summer, with Manchester United ready to pounce, despite Jose Mourinho’s wish to keep the France international at the Bernabeu, according to the Sun.

This is not a fringe player being quietly moved on. Tchouameni has been a central pillar of Madrid’s midfield for four years, a key figure in a Champions League win and a La Liga title. He arrived as the long-term answer at the base of midfield and, for a time, looked exactly that.
