Leeds United Under-21s Start 2026/27 Premier League Cup Campaign

Leeds United’s Under-21s launch their 2026/27 campaign tonight with a Premier League Cup trip to face Stoke City Under-21s, and the first teamsheet of the season is already on the board.

Robbie Cook gets the nod in goal, trusted with the gloves for the opener.

In front of him, Leeds line up with a back three of Jacob Howard, Louis Enahoro-Marcus and Jonny Howson, a solid-looking unit asked to set the tone for the new season. Out wide, Freddie Lane and Louis Philpott provide the width, tasked with stretching Stoke and supplying the front line.

Ollie Pickles wears the armband and anchors the midfield, joined by Sam Chambers in the engine room. Ahead of them, Harvey Vincent, Sam Alker and Carrick Njinko form a lively front three, looking to fire Leeds out of the blocks in Group stage action.

On the bench, George Kenyon, Jacob Render, Loui Whitehead, Josh McDonald, Kenneth Mensah and a Trialist wait in reserve, ready to offer fresh legs and a different look if needed.
