Jack Grealish is closing in on a surprise move to Everton, with the Manchester City midfielder set for a medical on Tuesday morning ahead of a loan switch.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano revealed on his account on the X platform that the deal is “done,” with only the formalities left before Grealish swaps the Etihad for Goodison Park.

According to Romano, City have reached a full agreement with Everton over a loan move, and crucially, Grealish has already given the green light to the transfer. His approval clears the final major hurdle and paves the way for one of the standout moves of the Premier League summer.

If all goes to plan in Tuesday’s medical, Everton will land a marquee signing and Grealish will start a new chapter on Merseyside, trading title chases with City for a different kind of fight in blue.
