Arsenal and Liverpool Tribunal Over Vincent Joseph Transfer Fee

Arsenal and Liverpool are heading for a tribunal over highly rated teenager Vincent Joseph after failing to agree a fee for the 16-year-old striker.

Arsenal have moved to bring Joseph into their youth ranks this summer on the back of a standout spell in Liverpool’s academy, where he has been viewed as one of the leading players in his age group in recent months. The youngster was eager to make the switch, attracted by the Gunners’ offer and the pathway they believe they can provide in north London.

Liverpool, though, did not let him go without a fight.

With negotiations stalled, the case will now go before a tribunal, as reported by Mirror Football, which will set the amount Arsenal must pay Liverpool for the teenager. The panel’s decision will determine the compensation due for one of the most highly regarded talents in his age bracket and finally draw a line under the dispute.

Joseph has already left Liverpool and will now continue his development in London, stepping into an Arsenal setup packed with some of the most promising young players in England. The club believe they have landed a striker with significant upside, a long-term project who fits their vision of building a powerful production line from academy to first team.

For Joseph, it is a bold call at 16: leaving one elite environment for another, backing himself to climb a different ladder. For Arsenal, it is another calculated bet on youth.
