Though subjective, the Opta Power Rankings provide a data-driven perspective using an Elo rating system based on over 2.5 million matches.

This ranking evaluates teams with factors like league performance, division strength, country rating, and continental standing. Here’s a look at the top 30 teams as of June 2026, their recent form, and why they occupy these spots.

Teams Ranked 30th to 21st
