Rodri's Move to Barcelona: Advanced Negotiations with Manchester City

Rodri is edging closer to a sensational move from Manchester City to Barcelona, with the deal now described as being at its most advanced stage yet.

Spanish outlet Sport reports that negotiations between the clubs have intensified after Barcelona submitted a third bid for the Spain international. The latest proposal has brought the two sides nearer in their valuations and injected fresh momentum into talks.

The decisive push, though, is coming from the player himself.

Rodri, a world champion and the 2024 Ballon d'Or winner, is said to be pressing hard for the move and wants it completed as soon as possible. He has made it clear he backs Barcelona’s sporting project and sees this as the right moment to join the Catalan giants.
