Real Madrid continues discussions with RB Leipzig over the transfer of Ivorian winger Yan Diomande, but no final agreement has been reached yet. Talks between the two clubs remain active, with both sides hopeful of sealing the deal soon.

German journalist Florian Plettenberg, reporting for Sky Sport Germany, revealed that the clubs have not finalized the transfer. He said,

"There is still no final agreement between Real Madrid and Leipzig regarding Yan Diomande, after new negotiations today."

He added that all parties involved confirmed this status and unless something extraordinary occurs before midnight, talks will continue the next morning.

Player’s Status and Transfer Race

Diomande, 19, stayed at Leipzig today, participating in training with a controlled physical load to avoid risking the transfer. Real Madrid aims to complete the deal this week, pushing hard to finalize terms.

Since arriving from Spain's Leganes in summer 2025, Diomande has impressed in his first Bundesliga season, quickly making a name on the wing. His performances have attracted interest from other top clubs as well.
